How have you grown since joining, professionally or personally? Joining neuRealities has pushed me to grow professionally in ways I didn’t fully anticipate. The role and the team have challenged me to learn new skills, step outside my comfort zone, and stretch myself in meaningful ways. I’m sincerely grateful for the guidance, flexibility, and authenticity of the people around me. Everyone here is very purposeful, and that collective focus will take us far together.

When did you first feel like you truly belonged here? I felt like I made the right decision to join neuRealities when I realized I had the opportunity to shape my role within the team. There’s nothing holding me back from sharing an idea, asking a question, or speaking up about what’s possible.

Where do you think this company is headed and why does that excite you? There’s a real sense that we’re building something bigger than any one person could do alone, and that what we’re building genuinely matters to people in the real world. Knowing our work has tangible impact is deeply motivating for me and makes me excited to show up and do my best each day.

How does the team show up for each other? There’s a healthy, open dialogue among colleagues at all levels that ensures the company benefits from diverse perspectives and experiences. I’m grateful for the listening ears, thoughtful minds, and helping hands. Whenever I need guidance or support, someone is always willing to step in. I also appreciate that we make time to get to know each other beyond work. The chance to show teammates around my community in Rochester, MN, spend time together, break bread, and swap stories really sets us apart and brings us closer as a team.
